LILLALU-C
Kinusaiga and Resin
LillaLu-C started out as a hobby and has developed into something close to an obsession!
I’m convinced resin has a mind of it’s own, which makes it all the more interesting to work with. Every piece created, starts off as an idea in my head, and then the resin decides if it agrees with my idea. We then work together to create something that we are both happy with. It is teaching me patience and compromise. Like me, resin is stubborn, so we get to celebrate our stubbornness and turn it into art.
I’ve recently discovered Kinusaiga, and I think I may have just found my next obsession!
There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking pieces of fabric, carefully fitting them into a design, and watching a beautiful picture slowly come to life. It’s creative, calming, and surprisingly addictive.
I used to think nothing could compete with my love of resin, but Kinusaiga might just be giving it a serious run for its money!
There’s something about working on tiny details, choosing colours and fabrics, and seeing the finished piece come together that makes you want to start just one more project.
So, it looks like I’m developing yet another hobby… because apparently one addictive craft wasn’t enough!
As a ex nurse, I believe in making people feel better, so I enjoy making products that provide positive affirmations, or just make people smile. In crafting LillaLu-C products, I’ve found joy that I’d love to share.
LillaLu-C items are created in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, and shared around the world.
