I was born and brought up in Stonehaven and have lived here all my life. When I retired I bought a lathe and took up the hobby of pen making. I have a shed in my garden where I work on the lathe and use many different types of wood from several countries and also ones I find locally. I enjoy working on the pens and also make 50 year calendars, key rings etc.
I joined the Focus Craft group a few years ago and attend various craft fairs throughout the year. I enjoy meeting visitors to the fairs many of whom are on holiday from other countries.
